A schedule that bends
A calendar that moves when your treatment does
Scans move, infusions run long and a flare can take a week. These are the rules for Vestige's calendar, written so you do not have to explain yourself each time.
You do not need a doctor's note, and you do not need to say what happened. Say it is for a medical reason, and the rest follows.

The rules
What can change, and how
Same-day video
If you cannot travel, tell Yvette up to the start of the session and it moves to video.
Shorter sessions
When a full session is too much, a shorter one is offered. Your fee for a shorter session is given in writing.
Early and evening times
Some times outside office hours are open by arrangement, for days around treatment.
Missed for a medical reason
A session you miss for a reason of health is never charged. You do not need to bring a note.
A pause
For a hospital stay or a hard stretch, we pause, and Yvette offers the first opening that suits you when you write again.
Other changes
For any other change, 24 hours' notice is asked. Late changes may be charged, and your fee is given in writing before you start.
Three questions about the schedule
What counts as a medical reason?
Anything about your health or your treatment, including a bad day. Yvette does not ask for proof.
Will I keep my usual hour?
Yvette cannot promise the same hour every week, but she offers the first opening that suits you.
Can I text to change a session?
You can call or text the office number. Messages are not read right away, so change a same-day session by calling.
Tell Yvette what your calendar looks like
You can describe your treatment days in your first message, and she suggests times that fit around them.
